Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (PhysVital GmbH, Mattenstraße 18a, 77767 Appenweier, Email: kontakt@physvital.de) of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. The withdrawal period will have been observed if you send your communication exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods promptly and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is determined by individual choice or specification by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to personal needs; or for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
